Who is responsible

AlbIT AB, company reg. no. 559593-7607, is the controller for personal data processed on albit.se. Get in touch at albin@albit.se and I answer personally.

What the site collects

If you fill in the contact form or the quote form, your name, company, email, phone number and message are sent to my inbox through the web3forms service. The chat widget works the same way. The details are used to answer you, nothing else.

If you enter a web address in the site check, the address and the result are logged so I can see that the tool works. You do not have to provide any personal data to use it.

Visitor statistics are collected with Vercel Analytics. They are aggregated and set no cookies.

The site also measures conversions from Google Ads. If you say yes, cookies are set in your browser. If you say no, Google's measurement loads in a mode where it may not store anything on your device, and Google only learns that a visit happened without being able to recognise you.

If you say yes, a tool from Leadsy is also used, which tries to work out which company a visit comes from based on the IP address. The point is to see which businesses found their way here, not to identify you as a private individual. Without your yes it does not load at all.

Why I am allowed to

To answer your enquiry and perform an agreement once you are a client, and otherwise on the basis of legitimate interest: running the site and reaching companies that could benefit from the services.

How long it is kept

Emails from the forms stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation is live, and after that for as long as accounting rules require. Statistics are kept for the default period each service applies.

Your rights

You have the right to know what I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Write to me and I will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.

Cookies

Cookies are only set if you say yes in the measurement box. If you change your mind, you can change your choice at the bottom of this page, or block third party cookies in your browser.

If you become a client

Before the work starts you get a written agreement stating price and scope. It is signed digitally with BankID, and you get a signed copy straight away.

Every agreement has 30 days' notice. There is no minimum term, neither at the start nor later on. If you want to stop, you give notice and that is that.

If I need to process personal data on your behalf, form submissions or a customer register on your site for instance, we sign a data processing agreement. It is signed the same way.

You own everything I build for you. The domain, the content and the site itself are yours, and they come with you if we stop working together. The same goes for the ad account and the Google profile, which are registered in your name.

Your measurement choice

You can change whether Google Ads and the company lookup are allowed to run at any time. The choice is stored in your browser.
