What we did
A shop front of its own
We built the site from scratch in Swedish and English, in the brand's design language, with Shopify running the shop behind it.
Sign-up for Prima edizione
Anyone who signs up is added as a customer in Shopify, with a tag showing where they signed up and consent to receive emails, and gets a confirmation email. Atelier is notified of every sign-up.
Lettera in Shopify
The newsletter goes out through Shopify Messaging, which is included in the shop's plan, rather than through a separate tool.
A logo that draws itself
The logo draws itself on the home page and the images glide in as you scroll. Everything stays still for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
Facebook and Instagram
We set up the Facebook page with the logo and a cover, and the Instagram account with the logo and three launch posts that together form a single image. Both have an opening post that leads to the sign-up page.
The agmtp.com domain
The domain points to the site and shows only the sign-up page until launch. Everything else lives on a preview site that Google does not index.
From the post to the list
The posts on Instagram and Facebook lead to agmtp.com, where the sign-up page for Prima edizione is all that is visible until launch. Anyone who signs up is added as a customer in Atelier's Shopify store, with consent to receive emails, and gets a confirmation email. Atelier is notified of every sign-up. Lettera is sent with Shopify Messaging. Once the cap is added to Shopify, pre-orders open.

What happened
Before
A new brand with a logo and an idea: Italian caps in numbered editions, where every cap has its own number. No site, no shop and no social media accounts.
The choice
A shop front of its own on top of Shopify rather than a ready-made theme, so the site looks like the brand while Shopify handles the shop, the customer records and the newsletter. Shopify Messaging was chosen over Klaviyo because it is included in the plan.
After
Since 29 October 2026, agmtp.com has shown the sign-up page for Prima edizione, and the posts on Facebook and Instagram lead there. On 25 October the preview scored 100 for accessibility and best practices in Lighthouse, and 98 to 100 for performance.
Three choices behind the site
The cap is the only colour
The site keeps to black, ivory and stone and leaves the colour to the cap itself, in black or blue.
Italian words as labels
Collezione, Edizioni, Lettera and Prima edizione signal where the caps come from without making the rest of the text Italian.
Square corners and fine lines
No shadows and no rounded corners, just one-pixel lines. Headings are set in letter-spaced capitals in Jost, and Bodoni Moda italic is the Italian voice.
Why the site looks the way it does
A new brand needs somewhere to gather interest before launch. That is why the sign-up page is the first thing visitors see on agmtp.com, and why everyone who signs up becomes a customer in the shop, where Lettera can reach them. We've written more about those parts over in Insights.
From form to inbox: what should happen when someone sends an enquiry
An enquiry from your website is a customer waiting for a reply. The flow that gets you the email at once, answers the customer and lets nothing slip.

Indexed pages (SEO), Google Ads and Facebook/Meta ads are not either-or. How the channels reinforce each other and cover the whole customer funnel.

Website maintenance is not optional. A site ages, slows down and can get hacked. What ongoing upkeep means, and why it is cheaper than the alternative.
